Join our team as a Debt Resolutions Specialist (Collector) at Interior Federal! We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with our loan processes and ensure excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage delinquent loan accounts, collect past‑due payments, and coordinate collateral recovery

-Process charge‑offs and escalate significant issues to the Debt Resolutions Supervisor

-Monitor and work daily Overdraft Privilege Program (ODP) reports

-Partner with members and collection agencies to set up Fresh Start arrangements and post payments

-Respond to credit bureau disputes and maintain accurate documentation and account records

Qualifications

-Experience: 1–3 years of similar or related experience

-Education: High school diploma or GED

-Skills:

     -Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities

     -Experience with Symitar preferred

     -Proficient computer, keyboarding, and 10‑key skills

     -Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds
